Established in 1997 we now have in excess of 50 employees, 3 offices throughout the UK and are the UK’s leading IT and telecommunications sales recruiter. Our office network allows us to provide national recruitment solutions supported by a local presence.
Our Pre / Post Sales Practice was launched in 2003 due to increased demand for our recruitment services from our existing clients.
Robson Taylor’s European division was established to provide both sales and pre / post sales recruitment solutions to the information technology and telecommunications sectors throughout Europe. The European division employs a number of multi-lingual Consultants and Account Executives who can assist global and pan-European clients with recruitment of sales personnel anywhere in Europe.
We combine over four hundred years cumulative experience within sales recruitment, and our areas of expertise include e-commerce, application software, operating systems, development tools, hardware infrastructure, professional services, voice and data communications, EAI, outsourcing, consulting, systems integration, mobile computing and telecommunications solutions.
Our client base varies from small niche market operators through to major multi-national corporates and encompasses pre- IPO start up operations, multi-national joint ventures and a multitude of rapidly expanding software vendors, service providers and systems integrators. We have more than 60 PSL (preferred supplier list) agreements with a multitude of corporate clients and are sole suppliers to a number of companies within the IT / telecommunications space.
We are committed to a programme of training and assessment for all staff to ensure that we stay one step ahead of the competition and can continue to achieve our ambitious plans for growth. This has been recognised by IIP (Investors in People) accreditations in 2000 and 2003.
